Yay second trimester!!!
Our little Who is the size of a lemon. Although, I think that sounds smaller than last week's peach. So after checking a few different pregnancy websites, another comparison would be that he/she is the size of my fist. Just felt like I had to continue the fruit analogies.
Cravings: Bean and cheese burritos. We are currently performing an experiment where we freeze Baker's burritos then see if they taste as good thawed and re-warmed. Normally this would be weird to me, however, poor Josh having to go out at 10:30pm to get me a burrito, it just has to stop. He's not complaining, I just feel awful asking him to go. So, the other night he brought home extra and the experiment began. So far I've reheated one, and it seems to be a success. Mmmmmmmm, burritos.
Physical changes: I'm feeling a lot of stretching on my lower abdomen. Round ligament pain I believe it's called. It's only mildly uncomfortable. I'm also feeling movement a little more. I got a really good kick the other night after eating something else in the long list of cravings I've had. Our little Who must have been happy. Now with the first trimester ending, a lot of my other symptoms are fading, no more nausea really (although chicken still stirs things up a bit), I'm sleeping a little better, and I have a bit more energy. Actually got all the laundry done the other day!!
